Navigator app question

Our cruise is in September, 2022.  I downloaded the Navigator app and it only tells me how many days till our cruise, our booking number and the ship’s itinerary.  It doesn’t have the balance we owe or the money we already paid.  I can only find all of the information when I log into the Holland cruise line website.  Am I missing something on the app?

Nope.  The Navigator is to help you "navigate" once you are onboard.....IMO.

 

We use it for:

• boarding pass
• menu at MDR 
• order our Dive In Burgers
• order our NY Pizza
• review onboard statements

I'm sure others can chime in with other uses but I think that's all we've used it to do......

Agree. The app is more about the onboard time....and some advance activities like booking excursions and restaurants.

The app is also used to

• see the daily menus (lunch and dinner) for Lido, MDR, and Club Orange
• "Let us Know" tab to leave comments/kudos
• When & Where onboard activities
• update internet plan and add devices

does it allow passengers to contact each other onboard without using WiFi

No. It uses the ship's intranet, via wifi, to communicate. But it doesn't use your internet plan. Wifi doesn't require a purchase of an internet plan.

It's been a learning experience for me too. When you are close to your cruise date, the app will also display your boarding pass with its barcode that can been scanned by the check-in agent in the cruise terminal.
