Small excursions?

I'm signing up for an excursion in Cobh that will have up to 44 pax. But in Bali there was one limited to 9 pax. In the Azores there's one with 4 to a jeep, same in Spain. But there are so few of them. Yes they cost more but far less than the car at 500. How is it best to get this across to Princess??

They are limited to what is offered at ports. Some private suppliers in Europe I’ve contacted are no longer in business. 
Best to put a small group together in a van. Many in my roll calls are doing this

Have you checked the roll call for your cruise? often someone will organize small group excursions.
