Rare SpainAlien Posted February 17, 2022 #1 Share Posted February 17, 2022 We have to cancel a family trip in October because my daughter in law is pregnant and due in early October. NCL won't let us sail with a baby under 6 months and to cancel we will lose our deposit. They won't even let us move the deposit to a new booking when baby is 6 months old 😞 No flexibility from NCL and holiday insurance won't cover this. ggTexasGal Posted February 17, 2022 #2 Share Posted February 17, 2022 Sorry to hear about your lost deposit. Congratulations for that new grandchild, though!
Rare Travelicious Posted February 17, 2022 #3 Share Posted February 17, 2022 Maybe the grandparents can still cruise, and the rest of the family can join next time?

I’m subject to EU terms and I’ve been able to move a booking to another sailing previously. It might be worth checking up the management chain. I'll call and ask again, you never know just speaking to someone else at NCL may yield a different answer 🙂
