Bus to Pearl Harbor

Hi. Does anybody have information on taking the bus from the cruise ship to Pearl Harbor and back? Thanks!

I believe there is a public bus thats a short walk from the pier. Someone else might know the specifics on the number (I think someone once said it was #42). It does take a substantial amount of time though-- about 45 minutes in each direction and runs every half hour or so. 

 

If time is limited, or you would rather do other things with the time, you can take an Uber for about $20 each way and it takes less than 15 minutes. You'd get at least an hour or more of your day back.

Go to tthebus.org. lots of info there. Have used thebus all over Oahu...good, dependable, solid service.

I took the public bus to Pearl a few years ago. Bus stop is right outside the entrance gate. Super easy to use & cheap.

The Bus is great, easy and affordable, but on limited time, I'd use an Uber and be sure you have reservations for the USS Arizona boat.
