Buying a Gopro on a Carnival cruise? Prices?

We have a big onboard credit to use and I’m currently contemplating buying a gopro for our March Carnival Horizon cruise. Now I’m thinking I might wait to use my credit on that (and get a discounted Cheers package etc.  ahead of time)

 

Does anyone know approximately what the Gopros cost onboard?  Or where I can look to find 2022 prices?

It really doesn't matter what the price is since you are using OBC to buy it.  This means that for you it is free.  I have bought several "free" expensive watches on cruises since I have had OBC that I had to burn.

Good point!  😀This is likely a dumb question, but I haven’t had onboard credit like this before. If I have $250 and so does my husband ($250 per person credit) will we be able to buy a GoPro by combining our amount of onboard credit?  Or will I buy it and take $250 off the price on my sail and sign card?

Not sure exactly in this situation, but in our onboard account, both of us are together on one credit card. All the onboard credit appears in the account, and all the charges go into the same account. At the end, you pay for any remaining balance - in our case, charged to our credit card.  It's just a bunch of + and - .
