Day 5

Another Double Show… Jennifer Singer… yes her last name is Singer!  She is incredible s. Powerful voice and she is another entertainer that entered into a partnership with Royal Caribbean as an exclusive signature entertainer! Loyal to Royal (until the contract expires) she was also another act from Odyssey of the Sea that Mike brought to the Wonder.  Since there are no Broadway show her show was all about Broadway way show tunes… (reminds you of yet another Celebrity show on the Apex?) 😆 Yes you need to see her!

It's only a single leg of the 4 legs.  😉 🌎

Hey … might be just a single leg… it’s still going to be a blast!  It’s going to be incredible!!  I believe that it is up to the “you” to have a great time on the cruise!  If “you” are always at guest services trying to score freebies, you might as well stay home because you are paying to suffer.  By you I meant the general you!!

LOL...not sure what that means...  😄   But they are being generous with the freebies on that cruise.  😉

And yes, we are very excited about it.  🤗

Enjoy the rest of your cruise!  Many of us will be as bummed out as you when you leave!  😮

Hahaha… I meant people on my cruise complaining about the craziest things at guest relations to try to get free stuff like OBC.

Hopefully we will be able to enjoy a virtual cruise with you!

Luckily I get off the cruise on Friday, transfer to a hotel in Miami and then back onto the Symphony on Saturday… so no time to feel bummed … yet!

Day 6 Nassau Compass

Noticed that there is only ONE showing of the adult comedy show, at 700 PM no less instead of 900, 1000 or 1100.  Your time dining on the ship goes from 645-900, which is ridiculous, especially when capacity rolls up to 6000-7000.  Is this the same on all of the ships?  I have not sailed on Royal since 2014 on the Indy and had set dining. Have sailed on Celebrity, Carnival, NCL and MSC since then and their Your time dining starts around 530, making it easy to make a 700 show.  Guess if you want to see a show at 700, it's either the Windjammer or you're eating in the MDR between 800 and 900.

The comedy show is always at the attic.  They bring the comedy to Royal theater twice on this cruise (once was the family show on day 1 and the adult show on the last day late night)  This is what they call a bonus show with Crown & Anchor favorite comedian for one night only.  He made an appearance on the first night for a few minutes and he was funny!!!  I don’t think they gave him the “signature” title yet!   On this ship Set dinning is 5:30  PM or 8PM.  It works out well for all the shows.  That was not the case on the Oasis.  The 8PM dinning did not work out for some of the later shows.

But why is Your Time Dining starting at 645?  It's 530 on most ships and even started at 500 on lobster tail night on the Mardi Gras because of those cruisers that like to consume a half dozen tails 🦞. 😉. Was it at 645 when you had your value cruise on the Oasis?

Good question on that one… I don’t remember when Your Time Dinning starts on Oasis, but I will find out for you on 5/1 😂

YTD starts at 6:45 on this ship, so I always go around 7-7:45 depending on the show schedule.

Day 6 Nassau

For those that are interested… this is the bonus balcony room ships from Casino Royale.  Just so you know what you are prepaying for at the Casino 😂  The interior room selection is much much much bigger!

Day 6 Nassau

So not that I am advocating or influencing you about Casino Royale… how it works is that you play enough to earn that bonus certificate on this cruise, then when you step onboard the next cruise there will be another free cruise waiting for you in your state room (currently that is how that is operating and subject to change) so they way I see it 2 for the price of 1 😆

Not fleetwide. Our March 2022 B2B Explorer cruise MTD start time is at 7:15 PM. 🤬 When we first booked the cruises (L&S December 2021) I signed up for MTD 6:00PM for both legs. Then we got an eMail saying the reservations had been cancelled and having the option to stay with MTD or change over to TD. We changed to TD at 6:00 PM, table for two, both legs.

Enjoy your S2S!   🙂

Me, I still have 10 days before we board EX for B2B.  Time is crawling!  🐢

Varies from ship to ship.   Odyssey was 6:30.

RCI:  Really Consistently Inconsistent.  😉
