No Cozumel is on eastern time as far as I recall

Cozumel is on Eastern Standard Time all year, but Florida goes to Daylight Saving Time on 3/13. So on Tuesday 3/15 Cozumel will be one hour behind Florida. If you go by ship time, and the ship is going by Florida time, and the excursion goes by local time, you will be one hour early. But at the end of the day be careful not to get back an hour late and miss the ship.

I would confirm directly with vendor. We had a similar problem once with a vendor in Grand Cayman immediately after time change.

Also it will depend on which pier you dock at, and where dive pick up is as to how long it will take you to connect.

I just spent over an hour on hold with RC to ask the question about Itinerary time vs local time. After much searching and holding, the rep told me the ship and itinerary go by EST, so I was thinking great- Cozumel is on EST so we are good to go for the tour we want. Then I saw Florida is on EDT time now, so I think everything will be an hour behind in Cozumel for our August stop.
