Question about port area

My family has an upcoming cruise and Costa Maya is one of our ports.  We are probably going to stay in the port area to enjoy the pool and activities there, but I was wondering if there are any lockers to put belongings while you are using the pool?  If not, what do people generally do with their belongings while there?  Are there changing areas and/or showers near the pool area?

The port area is very secure and you can pretty much leave your things on a chair by the pool - at least that is what we did.  Of course we didn't really have anything with us of too much value.

If I remember correctly there are lockers by the restrooms near the tequila tasting towards the exit.

We have a couple of those curly combination bicycle cables that we use to secure our beach bags to the chairs.  That way nobody can pick them up and it would take too long to unzip one to go through the contents.

If you are concerned, I recommend a portable lockbox - we have two made by Safego (Portable Indoor/Outdoor Lock Box Safe) that we got on Amazon and use them pretty much every vacation we take. I'm sure there are other brands/styles as well. They're not big, but at least you could put 1-2 phones and a wallet in there for peace of mind...
