Email To Celebrity not possible ?

I have bern trying to email Celebrity during last couple of days - too expensive spending so much time on hold on non-toll free international numbers.  Tried emaiI addresses found in their website (both domestic and international ones) plus some I found in this forum.  Always get following message : “Your e-mail did not reach the recipient address.
This could be because the e-mail address you entered was incorrect or
does not exist, or because the inbox is full or there may have been a
temporary error with the recipient's e-mail. “

Anybody else having same problem ?

Your home country would help to provide phone numbers or the email address you used.which is being returned

Have you tried CelebrityEnagementCenter@celebrity.com?

I live in Switzerland and email is … @ bluewin.ch and yes I tried above email as well.

Hello,

 

If you know the name of someone then the email address format is: firstnamesinitialsurname@rccl.com. For example Richard Fain (now retired) was rfain@rccl.com

 

If you have cruised before then you may get some luck by going via Captain's Club who often out-perform Celebrity themselves.

I think you are quoting your own isp “@bluewin.ch” . I know CH is Switzerland
