Verifly glitch.

I downloaded the verifly app but for the vital instructions I am only getting half the screen. Has anyone else had this happen and if so how did you resolve it?

Somebody yesterday(03/25) had the exact same problem. She fixed it by shrinking the font size. Try that.

That is not working for me. The only part that is half screen is the instructions. The rest is at regular screen size. Can't get it to shrink enough to bring onto screen. Guess I will do my best with it and just bring all of my paperwork with me to the port incase it fails.

I tried. Issues getting it to work. Maybe because I have an older iPhone? I'll try again this week, but it'll probably be paper for me when I board in 6 days.

Sometimes we are too fancy to realize that "Old School" paper still has a place in our Society. I don't travel without the old fashion printed out documents.

We took all “paper” last Sunday and embarkation was a breeze.

I went to a lot of trouble to use Verifly, then got to the terminal where the clerk barely glanced at it as he asked me for all of the paperwork anyway.  It will be a long time before I bother with Verifly again, probably not until it is mandatory.
