My hat's off to @SummmerInKefalonia who has scooped us once again. I haven't been able to find that information either in any of the places I usually look and many more I've tried. Unfortunately, since Cruise Critic rules prevent mentioning most sites other than Cunard, we may never know the answer to "Where?".

Ah, that's a tease! The schedules indicate QM2 and QV will both be in Southampton on 11 Jan 2024. If QE were to join them, that would imply she wouldn't be in Australia/New Zealand as usual. So an appearance by Queen Anne then? We've been told "early 2024" for Queen Anne. Jan 11th would be quite early in 2024.

Previous post here indicated QA would  be in Southampton 11th Jan 24 16 nights 2 Canaries if correct we hope 2 b on it no info on QE who may be down under still

Well it is in two big TA sites, not one lol (not easy to find though on both). The other itineraries of Queen Mary 2 and Queen Elizabeth are present too. Queen Anne I had wrote you already on the appropriate thread.

Sorry Roscoe, but I think what you've found there is a rehash of QV's 2013 World Voyage incorrectly dated as 2024.

Im happy to stand back and say that I'm not convinced the one I found is correct but it does look like an exciting itinerary. Its quite different to the 2023 though with Jamaica and Shanghai I don't think its a rehash of 2023 but it could be an agent, (large company that it is) surmising. Interesting its QM2 suggestion is really interesting for anyone interested in Egypt. Ill post that next. 

 

Ps....I quite like the previous suggestion of up the coast of Africa rather than the Suez

as it is always a great trip I would do again and again.

This is the 2024 QM2 itinerary the site is offering....again...I do not stand on my heart and say this is it, just what they have on their site. An agent from the company has promised me prices in 2 weeks which sounds a little optimistic.

and just as one last thing and I will give the "talking stick " back to the group, looking at the two tins I have posted and examining the days they don't quite add up ie. 8 days at sea between UK and New York and a couple of other days that seem to double back or waste..... so....posted as a matter on interest not gospel.

@roscoe39, once again that QM2 itinerary looks like a rehash of world voyage from another year incorrectly dated as 2024. This time that matches the itinerary from QM2's 2015 World Voyage.

 

I remember once finding a site with that same display format where the dates were off by 10 years. This time it looks like the site you've found is displaying itineraries with dates that are off by 11 years for QV and 9 years for QM2.

 

All rather odd I must say. But that's my take on what you've found there, Roscoe.

you could be right, Cunard does repeat their voyages however and as I said it could just be a company surmising Itins, exciting suggestions as they are  I would definitely  book one or the other. I will let the team know if they follow up with costs.....

Add in the before and after trip to NYC and that is a full 120 day world cruise. Interesting set of ports. Love that they finally might be doing more than a  glancing look at New Zealand. We stopped for a short day in 2008 on the QE2 last world cruise. Wonderful country that needs more exposure by Cunard on their World voyages.

thanks much appreciated Lakesregion, you are welcome back anytime, we certainly are appreciating our isolation in the world at the moment and revelling in our environment and government. 

 

As a point against the itinerary I posted, I see that the QM2 one includes Auckland and  that it was Cunards position that they would not bring the QM2 back into Auckland until we built more appropriate berthing for her here in the city. Sadly the council and government has not taken advantage of the last few years in the pause  and done just that so I am a little sceptical.  I also remember with regards to the QV one that Cunard had also stated that they would not return to Acapulco until the political and crime aspects of the city improved which they have not.  They have also stated the same about Mumbai considering the ease of Visas to India and in addition while I look at it,  wonder about the sense  of visiting  China at the moment. The more I look at it and even though it excites me  the more I wonder about  the veracity of their advertising.  When they reply to my last email I will give them the third degree about what is showing on their site.
