Transfers Venice Marco Polo to Ravenna

We originally booked a Venice to Greek Islands cruise on Rhapsody which got changed to Ravenna and RCI announced free return transfers from airport to Ravenna . The cruise was cancelled due to COVID and we lifted and shifted to the same cruise this August on Brilliance including Flights arranged by Royal Caribbean. I have asked for confirmation that the transfers are still complimentary but meeting some resistance. Has anyone been given an answer as to whether transfers will still been complimentary or have charges been applied - if so how much ?

I’ve heard $45 … trying to confirm this too! 
No idea if that’s one way or round trip.

I called RC this morning and was told that the transfers are £69pp each way.

Ouch. So $90pp return is about £69pp.

 

It seems one way car hire is around £170 and then you still need to get from Ravenna down to the port.

At that price may as well book a private transfer.

I was told $45 by RC representative a few weeks ago. He could not tell me shuttle schedule though.  Does anyone have any information on when shuttles/buses will leave VCE for Ravenna?
