MVJ

Sometimes I get big elongated black dots. Sometimes I get "down for updates". Sometimes I get a blank white screen. Sometimes I get "no excursions"  25 days after I should have been able to book. When I ask Viking I get "Go lie down by your dish."

My experiences logging in to MVJ in the last 24 hours.

When I log in, I can see one of my cruises but can not get to the second one.  The drop down menu doesn't work.  I did a live chat and she said she would refer it to someone - I can't remember who, and it would be fixed in 24 hours.  That was way more than 24 hours ago and I still can't do it.

I had issues similar to original poster yesterday all day. I tried using Chrome, Explorer and Firefox all with the same results. Today it seems to be working fine.

Yup, that is the perfect description of MVJ. One day it works great and the next it doesn't.
