Hot Chocolate onboard ships

I am usually a Caribbean cruisers so this has never been something to look for. BUT.......we are heading to Alaska on the Ovation and wondering if the ships carry the packets of hot chocolate that we could get from the Windjammer. Would like to carry our own thermal cups and can use the packets to make hot chocolate for enjoying out on the decks.

 

Any info would be appreciated!

Had the packets on Allure in December, and that was the Caribbean. Seems likely that you'll have them for Alaska.

 

Also, if you have any kind of beverage or refreshment package, you can get included hot chocolate at the coffee place. Café Promenade? When I got it, they mixed the steamed milk with the mocha syrup and it was delicious.

We were on 4 Alaska cruises last year and there is always hot chocolate in the Windjammer!

Nestle Hot Chocolate packets are at the drink stations in Windjammer. They're in the tote that has the tea bags, sweeteners, stir sticks etc.

Put a coffee creamer or two in there to make it better.  🙂

I bought a 6 year old a tall hot chocolate. From the cafe...she loved it.

Sweet; I was going to ask about milk-based hot chocolate on board!  Sounds amazing.

I saw the hot chocolate packets in Windjammer last week on Allure at the beverage station. I *almost* put one in my coffee to make it taste a bit better but I saw the packets after I already put in the sugar and decided against doing both.

There is usually a bar in the Windajmmer where you can purchase the Baileys to really warm up the hot cocoa
