Maybe try restarting your iPad or phone.  Or what ever device you’re using.

Where would you go ?  Norwegian   Asking for a friend.

No,  you should use a  3rd party cruise/travel site.

It takes about 3 clicks to find what you need

Instead of doing 17 different pages on RC just to find a price.

And plus I am not limited to just RC,  You can see all the other cruise lines as well.

It looks like you missed the whole point of the thread; Issue with Royal website for checking prices. The operative word was 'prices', not cruises.

When you search cruises, you are searching prices as well.

They go together

No point missed.

Many people also do cursory searches for specific ships, itineraries and dates and not necessarily pricing. It's obvious that prices will be quoted in the respective searches, but this thread was specifically about issues with Royal's website for checking prices. So there's that.

I was going to book online since I used the one cruise offer I had for 2023 ($ off for both of us) the other day.  The website kept failing on all my devices.

I called Club Royale and booked it that way.

It was annoying, not life threatening…but, for whoever it impacted, it was a rather long outage.   It did not work for me for a couple of days.  I don’t think that any % of downtime is good for a business doing a lot of business online.

I do the exact same search for pricing all the time.

The cursory search you mention would be much easier on the TA website I use as well

Probably 10x as fast, because you don't have to go through the RCCL dumbed down website to get the answer.

This! One thing that we all can probably all agree on is the RCI site is still firmly stuck in the 20th century. The fact that they had blank landing pages for cruise searches on their own site for almost 48 hours is comical. Well, maybe not all that funny to share holders.
