We will turn platinum this upcoming cruise.  There are two of us in the cabin, both platinum, does that mean we both get the benefit of laundry award? We are on a 7 day with 3 bags of wash and fold, do we get 6 bags???  As you can see, laundry is very important to me (or should I say NOT doing laundry is very important to me), lol! 😅

Yes you BOTH will receive all of the Platinum level gifts. You may have to pick them up at different places on the ship. Don't forget to get your $25.00 credit at the casino, they will add slot play to your S & S card or give you chips. Enjoy

Guess I just don’t understand the fascination with laundry! I’d hate to know I couldn’t go on a 7 day cruise without doing laundry, lol.  We made Diamond in January and I could count on both hands the number of times I’ve sent laundry out. But to each his own!

Since you live in Florida you're probably able to drive to the port and can pack whatever you need for your cruise. Those of us who fly have to pack light. It's much easier to pack maybe two or three outfits for a week and just have them washed as needed. My wife and I both share a carryon sized piece of luggage when we fly.

Just don't put anything delicate in those bags. I usually see at least one red faced person in line at guest services with a shrunken dress or shirt.

For the free water bottle, we used to just take them from the room. I found out this week that you need to get your free one from a bar.
I asked guest services why couldn’t I just do that and replace the ones in my room to reverse the charge and she was like no you cant do that. Lol. It is only $3.95 so I didn’t wanna get frustrated over it. I was just inquiring while applying a gift card to my statement.

I found out the cure is to stand in line to request the removal of those charges.😑

For me, it’s primarily shirts and underwear. We don’t always do laundry but it’s nice having them do it without having to cringe at paying for it.

Absolutely! DH and I share a large suitcase or each bring a carry on for our 1-2 week vacations. We definitely rely on laundry services 🙂

My wife is platinum (I will be very soon) and we rely on the laundry benefit to make it possible.

In fairness we usually each carry on a backpack (or as Spirit/Frontier call it, a "personal item") but those usually only have important medication and documents, electronics, etc in them. All the clothes are in the carryon luggage.

I am in camp carryon. I have a nice spinner that I have learned to pack for a week no problem. But I don't share that bag. Sharing a large suitcase isn't quite the same as 2 ppl sharing a bag that would qualify as a carryon on major us airlines.

I much prefer not checking a bag at the airport. I also carry/wheel that spinner on and off the ship myself.

I live close to Los Angeles. I'm not Platinum yet (have like 30 days or so to go!) But, I send things to laundry even though I live close.

Dress shirts - They can press it for you to be nice and spiffy for elegant night, I love it!

I also don't wanna come home and do laundry 🤣

Even though the bottle in the room and the free one you get from a bar look identical, the contents are different. I understand that the free one is actually diluted and watered down. 😁

Yes, not having to fly definitely is great for me! First, I don’t fly, and second, I use space bags to get all our clothes in the suitcase so it’s heavy!

Plus the ones from the bar tend to have excessive dihydrogen monoxide added.  Always ask for the dihydrogen monoxide free version.

I was told added dihydrogen monoxide prevents evaporation when the bottle is left open.
