Very calm very relaxing and lots of choices on the menu… however the food tastes okay but not great.  gumbo has too much cornstarch in it so it tastes chalky and gritty and the shrimp cake was like a hockey puck but that’s just to me.  They use a lot of sauce to cover up the food to make it taste better!

Dance show… I have to say that having an orchestra and singers makes a difference… I just saw a similar show on Royal and the difference is huge.  The NCL’s dancing couple is very talented and great dancers but no body puts together a show like Royal Caribbean.

That's so much better than Royal's. I'd still want an old-school paper one though to put in my cruise file for afterwards. 😁

The ship is beautiful.. it is very wide and feels very roomy.  It is very classy and very calm probably due to the fact that we are not very full ( will get a count soon). The staff does not seem to be overwhelmed and atmosphere is nothing like a Caribbean cruise.  It’s different, I like it and can’t wait for the port stops.

The paper version is still there.  My room steward leaves a copy every night but it’s so nice to have on the phone because I can access it very easily!

I activated my Day Pass from AT&T for $10.00 a day (24 hours) and it works great!  I have a looooooong day today to visit Bath (7 hours) so I will put my access to good use!

The meeting time was 7AM at the theater … I got up around 6AM to get dressed and grab two eggs for breakfast and off I go

Great review.  Loving the pics and comparison to Royal.  I sail both as well.
