Celebrity Apex activities?

Hello! 

 

Being completely new to Celebrity, can anyone give a brief overview of types of activities on the ship?

Classes?

Trivia?

Games?

Can you watch movies at night?

I did see the music acts in Eden and some of the shows in the theatre on YouTube, do they have comedians?

 

I'm also perfectly content to just eat and drink seeing we really only have 2 at sea days. Just trying to educate myself about Apex offerings!

The answer to all the above is yes.

 

As to entertainers there could be anything from magicians to musicians to vocalists.

You can see the daily schedules in the Celebrity App! It’s a little tricky though. Download the app and sign in. It’ll show your upcoming sailings. Don’t click one of those. Instead, tap “Get more details on the ships we support”. From there, choose the Apex, and then choose the current sailing that started today (June 7). From here, you can explore the daily planners and menus. The current sailing is a 12 night, so if you want a feel for the 7 night, choose the following Apex sailing. Of course, things can change but it’s a good look into the offerings. The further out date you choose, the less accurate in terms of menus and there likely will not be any daily activities posted yet. Happy browsing!

There are solo musicians, duos or trios, DJs and house band  around the ship late afternoon to late night.  Lectures in the mornings, trivia, games, Officer vs Guest challenges.  Main show in the theater at 7 & 9 and entertainment at Eden each evening.

We sailed the Apex in March.

Lots of trivia & games. Trivia is offered morning, afternoon & evening. Game show most nights.

Classes? I do recall an origami class but didn't notice any others (might have been; not my thing)

Movies--yes out on the Rooftop Garden

Music on the ship at The Club, the Grand Plaza, Eden.

Silent disco a couple nights; possibly another rooftop dance party. 

2 AMAZING production shows/week. The other nights there are comedians, magicians, musicians. (can vary by week). Eden bar often has acts; a night or 2 they had shows in the Club too.

Karoake a night or 2 in the Club (tho they call it something else...I can't recall)

Deal or No Deal (bingo alternative) a couple times.

Casino--didn't notice any tournaments, just normal game offerings.

Sports bar adjacent to casino. Mostly soccer but will show big US sporting events (ie March Madness)

It is a GORGEOUS ship, be sure to explore it all. I am OBSESSED with Eclass after Edge & Apex.

Eden restaurant is FANTASTIC, I recommend eating there (book NOW; if says full, check as soon as you get on)
