Casino Royale - Instant rewards certificate

A bit of advice please.

 

I was issued an instant cruise rewards certificate for $100 after our last cruise and have no idea how to redeem it. I have gone on to the rewards website but it sends me to what looks like a self booking request page for an actual cruise. I've never had one of these before so no idea what to do, I'm about to book another cruise so do I apply it afterwards?

Yes they will complete the booking or if you use TA they can book it for you with the cetificate number

My TA said easier to just book thru CR so I just called the 888 number. I had an ocean view offer and I upgraded to balcony. Very smooth process for me. 8 day cruise on Harmony in November.

The  casino changed  TAs commission rules during COVID and now it is difficult for TAs to get a fair commission on casino bookings so when I have a casino offer, I just book directly with the casino. It’s just not worth the hassle (for theTA) these days.
