Ask for fresh made pancakes at the waffle/pancakes station.  See my post #37.

what exactly is the "egg center"?

There were buffet stations serving ready-to-eat omelets in the middle of the floor, with all the other foods, like hash browns, hard boiled eggs, bacon, etc.
