There are some very demanding cruisers who expect personalized service.  I recall this one couple who complained about not having to carry their food to the table   in the Ocean View.  So staff ended up carrying their plates and beverages for them.  Then one of them called over a staff member and asked him to get a second order of a particular dish.  Towards the end of the cruise, they were at Guest Relations taking off the daily tips from their account.  Those are the people many of us are referring to.
