There was an original novelty to The Bionic Bar, but it wears off pretty fast when you just get a standard drink!! It's good for the folks that just turned 21, or are New to Royal, otherwise, it's just a hard-pass! ...And I'm not even sure if it was operating last week on Symphony.

I MUCH rather have the Champagne Bar back, it was quite lovely and had some of the best bartenders in the industry!

Didn’t find it particularly interesting to watch & the drink went right in the trash.  Gotta be a better use of that space.

There WAS better use of the space.CHANGE IT BACK RCI.

While I agree with whoever said it is quiet for hearing conversations, it is way too bright for a bar like atmosphere, and the drinks on the menu all seem to taste the same.  It's good kitsch for one visit but I never went back.

The quiet atmosphere where you can have an unstrained conversation more than makes up for any lighting issue in my mind. I find it very uncomfortable trying to speak and listen in many of the lounges. I haven't found any issue with drink variety and have also found some of the most willing bartenders to custom tailor a drink in there.

Never been on a ship with a Bionic Bar. I suppose one would not feel the need to leave a tip - 🙂

I'll give it a try once I have the opportunity.

Good question... Do they charge 18% gratuity on a bionic bar drink??

Feels like it's a short WOW factor. People tend to get just one drink from it and never return. Apparently these cost $1 million per ship. A robotic bartender will never be better then a real one. Plus your choices are limited at the bionic bar.

Only if I have the drink package, as I can't use Diamond vouchers there.  On a side note, I did order a Cosmo and it is much larger than you get at a regular bar. Probably won't every use it again.
