Use the callback option. You keep your place in the queue and get a call from customer service when it’s your turn. Much less stressful than waiting on hold the whole time!

I've used this a few times and it does work.  Not ideal, but it works.

That was your first mistake. You called "Customer Service". You should have called "Customer NO SERVICE". You would have been less "Sad" and would have gotten what you expected.. 🤪
