Drink pkg included at specialty dining?

I vaguely recall reading drinks were not included in specialty restaurants when having the drink package, is this true or old news (or am I totally making it up)?

Yes, they are included up to the $15 per drink

Maybe what you remember is that bottles of wine is not included, because drinks by the glass has always been included - aslo with speciality dining. Up to $15 that is - if you want eg. more expensive wine by the glass, you then just pay the difference between $15 and the more expensive price listed in the wine menu.

Package works at all bars, and restaurants. The package also works on Great Stirrup Cay, but not on Harvest Cay.
