Do the Cunard check in staff have access to MY Voyage Personaliser?

Can they see the day I flew in Yes or No? That is all I am asking.

A definitive yes or no was never given though was it?

One can answer from personal experience regarding a Boarding Pass saga which may assist.
After weks of exchanges, without success, we arrived at checkin without said documents, then when questioned about their whereabouts, one produced/presented a hard copy dossier of all the exchanges, with the words “You sort it out”.  Associate left desk, the about 5/6 minutes later she returned with the passes (printed).  So obviously there is could be a method for Cunard to access one’s account.
