Traveling in a Sky Suite on Apex. Is Blu open to Suite passengers? On our last Celebrity cruise (on the Millenium) it was, but that was 3 years ago.

On a space available basis, yes

Blu is open to suite guests on a space available basis.  We have been both turned away and seated, just depends on how busy Blu is.  If you dine late a better chance of being seated.

 

On  M class ships you can order from the Blu menu in Luminae as the kitchens are close together.
