I would like to know this also. We'll be traveling to Europe and it's our first trip with this medical ins.

If GeoBlue becomes necessary when traveling do you call their number immediately and do they direct you as to where to go?

Call the number immediately. You will likely find a number of treatment options throughout every country in Europe. You can go anywhere for care, but if you go to one if their network hospitals, you don't pay the deductible.  Before I leave home I look at which facilities are in their network in the countries I'm going to visit.
