Random Covid testing in Canada starting on July 19th

That should not affect many, if any, Carnival cruisers since Carnival does not sail currently from any Canadian Port. The random testing is only for people arriving at airports in Canada. I guess some could fly to Vancouver to board the ship in Seattle, but it would be a small percentage of cruisers.

Not true. They have been doing random testing at land borders right through the period it was suspended at airports, and will continue to do so. The announcement only mentions airports because that is where things are changing.
