Any ships still doing “On the Bayou”?

We loved the production show “On the Bayou”  when the Coral Princess was sailing the Panama Canal. Are any ships currently doing this show?

I think we saw it last on the Island many years ago.

I hope it's one show they keep around for a long, long time.

This is one of our favorite shows.  We were told on the ship, "on the bayou" only performed on Coral and Island, cause the stage set up, its performed in the lounge not in the theater.

 

We haven't cruised these couple of years, hope will see it again soon.  Last time was on Island.  Had good time following the band and entertainment crews from lounge to plaza,  dancing party after the show.  Fun memories.

I would imagine that's because the Universe Lounge was eliminated as part of the Island's "updating".

Yes - we just left the Island Princess where the show is being done every 2 weeks or so along with Encore and Do You Wanna Dance. It's a very pretty show, visually. Photo is from June 21, 2022.

I thought I remembered it on the Island. It's been a long while for sure.

Before they messed up the ship with the additional cabins.

They are still doing it on Coral. We saw it a few weeks ago. Great show!

“On the Bayou”  is one of our favorite shows.  Have seen it in the main theater and in Universal Lounge.

I would be thrilled to see it again!

I was very disappointed on my last cruise in May on the Discovery the production show was cancelled.  Some of the performers were ill (covid I'm sure)
