Does anyone know if guests are allowed to dine with Aqua Class in Blu if guests are not Aqua Class?

No.  This is one rule strictly enforced by Celebrity.   There is no ability to invite others for a fee like there is at Luminae.   You as AQ can dine in the MDR select dining with others.   Just speak to the Blu Hostess and they will arrange.

Blu is only for those in Aqua class or suite guests on a space available basis.  No guests except if one is sailing solo they may be able to bring 1 guest.
