Well that didn't take long. Just 3 days after NCL announced they are dropping all vaccine requirements RCL and Celebrity have followed.

 

It seems that Royal and Celebrity have a few more restrictions (I don't see Florida ports listed) so be sure to read carefully, but this is yet another clear move toward removal of all protocols for cruise ship passengers.

I noticed NJ isn't included either probably due to Bermuda and Canada.

This was probably the announcement anticipated on Aug. 14.  I guess my friend WILL need to do the testing after all...

I believe that in the new press release RCL said further information would still be given August 14th.
