All Included but Cruise Planner offers show full-price upgrades

Has anyone else experienced this?  I searched the boards but don't see anything.

My CP shows basic drink package and internet as upgrade options even though I verified "AllIncluded NRD" on my reservation document.

The premium drink package for example shows $62 and $80 for drink packages instead of $18 for the upgrade.

Thanks to anyone who has some insight here!

It always shows the full price to purchase those items.  Nothing to be concerned about.

It does seem odd since it says that it is cheaper to upgrade in advance.

If you have any Celebrity loyalty it is cheaper to upgrade precruise however you need to call to get the discount, can’t get it thru the CP.

You can upgrade both the beverage package and internet by calling 800-722-5941.  I did that about 2 weeks ago for a upcoming cruise and hold time was only 11 minutes at mid day.

Yes. The website really is that bad. It used to be able to show the upgrade price, but apparently lost that ability.

It showed it for us shortly after final payment.  That was about the time beverage package and internet showed up in Order History but in order to get the Captain Club  discount you have to call
