Izumi Sushi Takeout?

I went every night after dinner to get a roll as my evening snack instead of Sorrento's. I just went back to the cabin and put it in the refrigerator. It was usually a 30 to 45 minute wait after ordering it, so a lot of times I ordered prior to dinner and told them what time I wanted it.

I assume that was on one of the Oasis class ships in your signature, where there's a chance that your "cooler" actually cools.  😄

Never thought of this, thank you

What is the problem with going to the restaurant?

Kind of a hassle to pack all that stuff up togo.

Do you really want to sit on your bed and eat Sushi?

Personal choice. I like to eat outside on my balcony sometimes. I do wish they'd offer reusable containers you could return.

No, it is not a hassle to pack sushi to go; it's done all the time in various sushi restaurants. Sushi was literally created to be transportable originally.

And there are definitely days I want to eat sushi on my balcony, or in a lounge or somewhere besides a restaurant. There's nothing wrong with that.

No problem getting it to go.

We were just on Mariner 8 night with the UDP and by the end of the cruise I was ready to just have a fast lunch, instead of the whole sit down, ordering and waiting

(we had 4 sea days), so getting sushi take out was just what I needed by then.

Eating on the balcony was very relaxing.

Obviously the OP does want to sit on the balcony and eat Sushi.  Nothing wrong with that.
