Obc?

I did not see my obc on my msc account for cruise coming up in a few months.

Where does this appear?

 

Does the obc show on the TV immediately after getting into your cabin?

It should be visible on your booking confirmation. Mine got missed and I emailed MSC to get it added. Took about 7 days for it to be applied and I also requested they send an updated confirmation as proof which they did.

On the app it appears under 'my cruise' and then' 'included in your package'. I also had to email to get it applied.

MSC does NOT have any kind of tracking of your spending or obc easily available to guests.  It is not on the TV nor are there self serve kiosks.  You have to go to Guest Svcs to  get a print out.

Are you guys speaking of OBC from MSC or from your travel agent?  I thought TA OBC was not visible.

I was talking about obc from MSC (in my case the $50 from Voyagers Club).

We had $400 from Casino OBC just this last week on Seashore, it was visible on our cruise ticket which we printed out 30 days before cruise.

Onboard it took 48hrs to show in the app on our account.

Me too! Mine was applied but they forgot hubby’s. All sorted now though after emailing them.

mscdirect@msccruises.co.uk. Took them 8 days to reply, however, they did add the OBC onto the account almost immediately after responding and also sent me a new confirmation as I’d requested.
