sunshine4me2 Posted September 4, 2022 #1 Share Posted September 4, 2022 Does Royal Carib ships have coffee makers in the balcony staterooms? If not, can you request one for your stateroom? Thanks,

sddsddean Posted September 4, 2022 #3 Share Posted September 4, 2022 We have kettles and tea and coffee in the staterooms for sailings in Europe, but as I understand it, as soon as the ships come back to the USA after transatlantic, they all get packed away, as your safety rules are different to ours. cublet Posted September 4, 2022 #5 Share Posted September 4, 2022 Hello, There is a subtle difference between the question on the subject line and the question in the OP's post. Coffee makers (machines that make coffee using a pod system) are in JS and above. I am unsure what is meant by a coffee pot - here a coffee pot is one to serve coffee previously made by any method. Kettles, that do no more than boil water to use as you will, are available in all cabins on UK sailings. Regards, Cublet
fla gang Posted September 4, 2022 #6 Share Posted September 4, 2022 I always order a carafe of coffee every morning, but don't recall a coffee maker in the cabin.

I was on the Indy a few years ago when a guy from the deep South seated next to me in the MDR said that when he read there would be a kettle in the cabin, he didn't know what to expect. That and it boiled water. Regards, Cublet
