Going in NCL POA and their site still says we need to test pre cruise.  But, yet I have been told no we don’t by NCL. NO IDEA ANYMORE.

That's an outdated web page. NCL eliminated testing requirements for vaccinated passengers effective September 3. Only unvaccinated passengers have to be tested.

There are exceptions for certain countries such as Canada and Bermuda, but your POA cruise doesn't visit any foreign countries. Try clearing your web browser's cache before navigating to NCL's web page where the requirements are detailed at  ncl.com/sail-safe, where you'll see the following:

Testing & Pre-Embarkation Protocols

For all sailings September 3, 2022 and beyond:

For all cruises (unless country requirements differ – refer to Cruise Travel Requirements by Country.

Age Vaccinated Unvaccinated
< 11 years No testing requirement. No testing requirement.
≥ 12 years No testing requirement. Proof of a medically supervised negative PCR or Antigen test taken no more than 72 hours prior to embarkation is required.
