Received a Call from Shore Side Concierge for Infinity Oct 1-8

Having cruised in Suites on RC and Celebrity this was the first time we got a call from a shore side concierge asking if we had any special requests, etc. and then followed-up with an email of the same. A nice touch by Celebrity!

Which suite are you in?  We've been in a Celebrity Suite twice - once we got a call and once we didn't.

We have not gotten a call for our cruise on Sep 24.

We are in suite 6104. Anyone stayed in that suite recently? Is it n good condition (not too much wear and tear)? Appreciate any feedback.

Yes, we do tend to book RS or PH so cannot comment on other suites.

Just an FYI, we asked Shore Side Concierge Alex if she knew who are Butler and Stateroom Attendant will be for our Oct 1-8 cruise and she did not.

I think we are on the same cruise (Sosltice).  We board the Solstice on September 16th for a B2B and received a call from shoreside about ten days ago.  We are in a Celebrity Suite and are also Zenith level Captain’s Club members.
