Delta Amex card questions

We have the delta Amex platinum card. We opened it for a flight credit and one of the benefits included free checked luggage for any tickets booked on the card. Will that reflect in the reservation? Or is it just something we won’t have to pay for when we check in to our flights? Anyone with experience?

It did not show up on our reservation, but when you check in, you will not be charged.

This is correct....and will include those traveling with you on the reservation booked with your card.

Benefits are one free checked bag, for up to nine people on the same reservation, paid for by the primary member’s card.  Primary cardholder must be traveling, and their Skymiles number must be on reservation.  Code share flights are not eligible.

That’s exactly why we thought the card would be worth it. Other than the flight credit we got upon opening, we thought free luggage x4 people seemed like a nice perk! It adds up fast.
