Rare MMDown Under Posted September 30, 2022 #1 Share Posted September 30, 2022 For anyone visiting Sydney this weekend, there is a world class musical event, "Do You Hear the People Sing?", at 8 pm Saturday and 2 pm Sunday. It runs for 2 hours 30 mins and is a once in a lifetime event starring musical theatre stars from London, Broadway and International. (Michael Ball, a well known UK theatre performer, has performed Javert in Les Miserables) Tickets are still available.

Got a chance to sit in it a fortnight ago during a OH tour.
Rare OzKiwiJJ Posted September 30, 2022 #3 Share Posted September 30, 2022 It sounds like it will be a great concert. Unfortunately I'll have to make do with the Variety Show in the Princess Theatre on Coral tonight.
Rare MMDown Under Posted October 1, 2022 Author #4 Share Posted October 1, 2022 Photograph 51 is also on today and tomorrow at the Ensemble Theatre, Kirribilli. How far north are you? Sydney is very cold and cloudy!

We didn't go ashore this time, we're just relaxing in the Sanctuary - or I should say in the Sanctuary pool much of the time as it's almost too hot sitting in the sun. We'll go to the late show and will aim to get there about half an hour before the show starts. That's worked well for us on previous cruises but the evening pattern is a bit different on this one.
