Hello All,

First time RCL cruise and doing so because crafting a small family get together with two children. Booked Royal Loft Suite and both Star Loft Suites on Harmony.

If I may, two questions -

1) Are we to board then at that time book dining reservations/show reservations/ship board events or is this possible ahead of boarding?

2) How is embarkation for Star class? Any concerns or issues?

TY for your insight.

Your Genie will reach out to you prior to your sailing and can take care of any reservations.

Your Genie will arrange to meet you when you arrive at the terminal and will escort your party directly to your suites.

Hi! I hope I get to this before your cruise.

we sailed harmony 8/21/2022 and had Andy as our genie. We filled out our pre cruise questionnaire but unfortunately it did not go through. Andy was very quick to communicate through email and we sent dining preferences. He coordinated a schedule for us that worked perfectly for dining. We had a delay in docking at st Thomas which pushed our shore excursion back as thus pushing back our dining. Even though chops looked like it was completely full somehow andy found us a table. All shows and dining are pre arranged but don’t feel like you have to be committed to that schedule. We opted to skip out of 2 shows and it was no problem at all to change the schedule as long as you let them know in advance.

as far as embarkation, we have been on 10 royal Caribbean cruises and this was by far the easiest. You meet your ‘port side genie’ after dropping your luggage and they escort you through the process. All together it took maybe 20 minutes from start to finish. The only holdup we had was the line to go through security. Other than that it was very smooth.

enjoy your cruise!
