Can't get the flights on-line

I have been trying to get flights on a held cruise for 3 days, but always an error.  I have never booked on HAL before.  Is the website this bad or do I need to do something techy, like clearing cache, reboot?  I do not want to call.  Thanks, Kris

You don't have access to the available flights until you have booked and have a booking number.

It may also be because it's too soon to book flights.  I have a booking # but get an error message because the cruise isn't until September 2023.

Mine in Jan 2023 and it is on hold, but I do have a booking number.

Was told there are website issues.  Flights, Dining, shore excursions, pretty much everything need to call.

As for flights in September of 2023 - probably not worth the effort yet.  Had 9 changes in August flight to Iceland in 4 months..

Something I read on here and works for me is after you check Flights and click the green 'Begin' button, wait a full minute or more before clicking the blue 'Book and Manage Flights' button.

 

I was unable to access flights until I tried this and now it works every time. My flight is May 2023.

At first I tried this & no luck.  So i cleared my internet cache & shut down my laptop and then tried again (waiting patiently LOL).  It finally worked!!  So, not sure which thing fixed it LOL. Airfare is running higher than last year 😞  Thanks so much for the idea!!

I've been able to access most things using my ipad, but no on my laptop.
