Rare mkcurran Posted October 31, 2022 #1 Share Posted October 31, 2022 Friends decided to join us on a cruise, last minute. I've hooked the reservations together. Yet they are wait listed. What's the best way to get us eating at the same table?
cruisinqt Posted October 31, 2022 #2 Share Posted October 31, 2022 As soon as you board go to your dining room and tell them about your situation. They can usually accommodate cruisers requests like this.
Ranger28 Posted October 31, 2022 #3 Share Posted October 31, 2022 Piggybacking on your post! We made our cruise reservation last minute and are waitlisted for early dining. Will going to MDR and talking to them help our situation after we board? What happens if we still don’t have a dining time- are we relegated to eating at the buffet every night? You will be assigned to either ATD or Late Dining.
DanvilleCruiser Posted October 31, 2022 #5 Share Posted October 31, 2022 (edited) @Ranger28If you don’t get an assigned dining time, you will have Your Time Dining in the dining room. You use the Hub app to request a table much like putting your name on a wait list at a restaurant on land. Or you would be assigned the Late Dining. The times available used to be in the Fun Times, not sure if they still are. They will make requested changes if there is availability.
Bees29 Posted October 31, 2022 #9 Share Posted October 31, 2022 Been a few years since we have cruised. With anytime dining will you get your own table? We are a party of
serene56 Posted October 31, 2022 #10 Share Posted October 31, 2022 if the party can not be accommodated for early dining- the anytime is the only one that will work (unless you take late dining ) you have to be in one or the other. You can not have early dining and go to the anytime dining room Its not set that way
