Bringing wine onboard for consumption in stateroom

Checking to learn if Cunard has started to truly limit the amount of wine one can bring onboard. Voyages pre-Covid were very liberal and we usually carried 6 bottles between us for a drink in our room for voyages of 3-4 weeks. Anyone have current experience?

We had no problems bringing a couple of bottles of bubbly and 1 of single malt on board QE in July.

Over 2 cruises this year we boarded with whiskey, wine, lemoncello, brandy at various places both on embarkation (in checked luggage) and hand luggage plus extras from shore excursions. None of it needs declaring and there is no issue- except if your bank makes a really good clunk on placing it on the belt the staff may offer you congratulations on your upcoming good trip!

We bought two bottles  in Mediera and had no issues bringing them on board.

A barrel of Rhum rolled on in Martinique caused much humour, being in addition to multiple bottles.😀
