Royal Up, Adventure of the Seas, 14 January

Hello, we are sailing on the Adventure of the Seas, 14 January, and we are able to check in online, but have not received a cabin assignment we are gty.  We tried for the royal up, and all it says is checking for availability, that has been going on since 0800 and it is now 1053.  How long does it take?  Thank you.

Unless you get the web site to come up right away or get an offer to bid, you are likely too early or don't qualify. Have you tried decoding the SetSail pass barcode (the numbers after the dash) for your likely cabin assignment?

did you book with a travel agent? not all travel agent is in the royal up program

saw, that we are on deck 10, gty.  Now for royal up, finally got on the site, but a bit early for bids.

As mentioned, if you decode the SetSail barcode, you'll likely get the actual cabin #.

Typically, if the SetSail pass has a deck listed (and usually a muster station) the decoding trick does show the cabin.

there is not any numbers after the barcode.

The barcode is usually <booking #> - <cabin#> if assigned or <booking #> - <GTY> if unassigned.
