I wonder if this would impact NCL cruises from the Northeast ? Or are they just talking about fishing vessals ?

It's pretty funny. As a former boater I don't know who thought this up. It's a proposal.... it will never pass anything. The intention was good but the execution was terrible

The article says recreational boats over 35 feet in length.
