I want to pass on the wonderful customer service from Uniworld. My upcoming cruise was part of the 12 Days of Christmas Sale. 
 

I contacted my TA who is also fantastic. She contacted Uniworld. No fuss the price was adjusted for the sale price.

I agree regarding the customer service. I have one of their special solo pricing cruises booked for next year. About a week after I booked, I happened to notice that the price went down about $500. I called my travel agent and they called Uniworld and I was immediately provided a credit.

Obviously there are still some good guys, oops and gals in our wonderful world this Christmas tide, well done Uniworld there’s no better advertising than that.
