It was but they may have implemented a charge for doing so without telling anyone  😂

Yes, once the terminal is open.  If the ship isn’t ready you can wait in the terminal. Last time we arrived at 11:15 and the terminal was open but the ship was not ready.  That cruise it seemed that most suite passengers arrived. Etween 11-11:30.  The Retreat checkin area was full and many of us had to wait in the terminal lobby for about 40 minutes.

That is correct.  There is a separate entrance for Suites and Zenith.   Just say your in a suite and show your boarding pass.
