There is a great 'live from' thread that was just started today for the Bliss. It was a few posts above yours a few minutes ago.  They just posted about today's muster drill and it was back to the pre-covid in person type.

TLDR:

It seems to be in person but it wasn’t that bad. Some locations were better/bigger than others. I was in Manhattan and it was warm (temperature) but didn’t feel crowded until everyone was trying to leave at the same time.
