I've been on two Celebrity Cruises before including one in June 2022. Has the program changed and my account devalued? Or do I need to call or email Celebrity to resolve? Thanks in advance. No program changes--it's just an IT glitch. Your points are still there. A call to the Captains Club should help resolve the problem. Try this remedy copied and pasted from another post. Login on your cruise page. Then click on your Initials in the top right corner, then profile, my loyalty.
