Does anyone know how and when we can find out our boarding time?

You'll get the opportunity to choose an available time when check-in opens.

After you have checked in at the pier and the ship is open for boarding.  Suite/Zenith''s are first. 

 

If you mean choose your check in time at the pier instead of boarding time, then it has been when check in occurs approximately 45 days prior to your sailing date.

30/45 days out. If you go into your account on the website it should give you the date it’ll be available for you

Using the App -  Click on the reservation -  Select the Head Icon  Top Right

 

It will tell you the date Check-In will open -  

 

Come back on that date  or later and you can either just click CheckIn Time and select a time  and come back to complete CheckIn or do it al at the same time.   On that day you should be able to get the first slots.
